DB 버전 : Oracle Restart 12cR2 (Patch 33583921 12.2.0.1.220118)
Oracle Restart Single 12cR2환경에서 해당 서버의 호스트명을 ol79o12cr2sa에서 PTDB로 변경할 것임
HAS를 Deconfig한 후 다시 Config해줘야함
